I must say that this is a company that has restored my faith in the business arena. Gary is a professional business man in that he was courteous, arrived on time, friendly, made sure I knew who he was and why he was here even though his truck had the logo on the side. He checked every place there could have been a leak and even offered suggestions to prevent future problems. He answered all my questions in a professional manner and explained what could be done to prevent the problem from happening again. Amazing service, professional yet friendly. Extremely helpful and found my problem within the hour and helped to solve the problem.  Gary arrived timely, very courteous & calming as I was freaking out after receiving a $300.00 bill. Amazing customer service,!                                    I emailed 89 Leak Detection with details of hearing rushing water under our slab. Gary called me promptly, set up time, he arrived on time!! Gary assured me he would find leak, even with three bathrooms.s and an addition onto existing house, he located leaks. I’ve worked with 89LeakDetection twice in 2 years I highly recommend this company without reservation.  The steps to locate our leaks were explained in advance and clearly marked.  My questions were answered in a professional manner and my home was left clean and tidy.  Several solutions to the plumbing repair were discussed to avoid excessive demolition. I hope I don’t have any more hidden leaks in my walls or slab but if I do I’ll be calling this company for assistance.

I called Gary 2 years ago and he was very professional and polite to explain the problem he found.    Anyway i had another problem  last night  08-06-2021 ,and i called , and guest what the job was done today.
